No standard form is required, however, if you wish you may use the “Freedom of Information Act Request Form” provided below. You will be notified with the disposition of your request within five business days after receipt of the request, excluding the day the request is received. If your request is for commercial purposes, then you will be notified with the disposition of your request within 21 business days after receipt of the request.

Brief Description of the Village of Lake Barrington The Village of Lake Barrington is a home rule municipality under the Constitution of the State of Illinois and the Statutes thereof.It operates under the Board/Administrator form of government with a President and six Trustees elected at large. The Village provides public safety, public works, building and zoning, garbage/yard waste, general administration and financial services to its residents through staff and by contractual arrangement either with other public entities or through private sector consultants and businesses. 2010 US Census Population:4,973 Block Diagram – Functional Subdivisions
