Water & Sanitary Sewer Utilities
Water and Sewer utilities are limited to a portion of the Lake Barrington Industrial Parks North and South. The Village contracts with the Village of Fox River Grove for overseeing the daily operations of the Village's wells and treatment facility. The Village sets the water rates which are then billed via Fox River Grove. Water rates area based an analysis of the operating and capital necessities of the system. No tax dollars go to pay for the water system. The memo at left provides the Village's rate structure.
